W3 Development Services is based out of three locations. Our main office is in Smithsburg, MD, located just outside of Frederick, MD. We have two other locations in St. Louis, MO and Los Angeles, CA. We have many talented individuals who work for us that specialize in PHP, ColdFusion, ASP, ASP.NET, AJAX, MySQL, SQL and Java.
